Inspired
by true events, this funny and touching tale follows Sir Matt Busby,
legendary Manchester United soccer manager, who comes out of retirement
to transform a young group of scallywags into a dream team.
The film won a Zurich Film Festival award for best children’s film and stars Brian Cox (Troy,
Bourne Identity Series, Braveheart). Currently, players and clubs from
Major League Soccer are getting behind the film as well as local
clubs in Southern California.

In my opinion:
This film was definitely made for families, dreamers, sports enthusiasts, etc etc. I loved it! The beginning was exciting and fun to follow. I have a special place in my heart for English films because my husband is from England.
Sometimes unfortunate circumstances lead to positive rewards. It was the faith of one coach that helped a young group of kids do well in soccer. I loved the speech toward the end of the film..."Focus on the goal, top right hand corner, Georgie. If you believe you can score with your eyes shut." What are your goals in life? If we focus on them, we will succeed.
Another important person in Geoegie's life was his mom. She finally opened her eyes and became supportive because of a close friends advice. Sometimes we need someone to push us in the right direction.
This film was very inspiring and uplifting. I enjoyed every minute of it. I definitely recommend this film to everyone.
