The charming text and illustrations have been approved by a qualified yoga instructor, but this book isn't meant to be a "how-to" guide. It's a cheerful look at yoga for every family member that offers lots of time to read, bond, destress, and take a break from the everyday grind. Family life may be hectic, but Yoga Kids can help the whole family chill out! (Ages 2–5)

In Emilee's opinion:

I thought that Yoga kids was an adorable book. Yoga isn't just for adults, it is an awesome activity for the entire family. Apparently it has a calming impact and is great for coordination as well as health and well being. I'm not the flexible type so to me it isn't very calming because it hurts but I'm sure if I practiced I could get it eventually. I loved the artwork and how each child had a name. There was even an Emily but it was spelled wrong. Overall, it was very cute and well written.
