In my opinion:

Crocheted Cats by Vanessa Mooncie is another remarkable and outstanding book on how to crochet a variety of cats. I'm amazed by Vanessa and her creativity. This book contains ten crocheted cat designs and beautiful illustrations to go along with it. There are standing, sitting, and sleeping cats. I am definitely a beginner at crochet so I was happy to read in the introduction that the projects was designed to suit all levels. However, I couldn't tell which pattern was for beginners.

My favorite patterns were the sleeping cats. I'm not a cat fan, however, these cats were detailed and so life-like that I was starting to become a fan. If you are a dog fan, Vanessa has another book titled, "Crocheted Dogs" and I highly recommend it.

At the end of the book is a "Getting Started" section which was very helpful. I loved all of the illustrations and easy-to-read instructions. I wonder what Vanessa will create next. So far, I'm pretty impressed with the assortment of books she has published.
